Molson, Vedder and Hunter attended the BKOC Health Clearances Clinic on March 18, 2018. We are happy to report that Vedder and Hunter both tested normal on their eyes by Canine Ophthalmologist Dr. Joe Wolfer.

Had a fun start to the 2018 show season - Vedder and I showed at the Scarborough Kennel Club show in Orangeville and she took Select Bitch yesterday at the WAC booster, and Best of Opposite Sex today. She’s sleeping now, snuggled up with Uncle Molson. 💕💚
I also got to show Dad’s Field Spaniel girl Sydney in her first show. Yesterday she wasn’t too sure about the whole thing, but today she was like a completely different dog! She got Winner’s Bitch for her first point! Here’s hoping we’ll create some more fun memories in 2018! Proud to announce that Molson has now officially been granted his Versatility title from our national breed club - Weimaraner Association of Canada. This is something that I had as a goal and was working towards with Molson for a while - and I’m so pleased to have achieved it! Molson is now known as CKC GCH/UBIS-V/UKC CH/ UR01 Instar’s Simplee Canadian CGN RN TT FDJ V. (His non-CKC titles are not on the WAC certificate because WAC is a CKC club). Molson's qualifying titles came in Conformation, Field, and Rally Obedience. Vedder got mail today! She’s officially now Can GCH/UKC CH Wynder’s Beneath The Waves CGN RN TT (with 2/3 of the way to her FDJ).
We’ve earned 6 titles since March 2017! She finished with a Best of Opposite under Judge Ainslie Mills at the Credit Valley Kennel & Obedience Club shows in November 2017. So proud! Vedder is Breeder/Owner handled for all of her endeavours. We look forward to attempting AKC shows in 2018, as well as finishing her FDJ leg. Definitely going to have to come up with some other things to do with her as well! |
